Why is My Historical Reshipping Data Missing?

Fetcher automatically pulls your Reshipping data after each disbursement period from the XML Settlement Report.

If you are missing historical Reshipping data, it is likely that Amazon isn't providing all of the necessary reports for us to update your account. This is very common!

Follow these steps to find out if your reports are missing from Amazon's API:

1. Go to your  Reports>Payments>All Statements page in Seller Central. 

2. On the right side of the page, locate your CLOSED settlement periods (only).

3. You will see  Download Flat FileDownload Flat File V2 & Download XML

Notice that the period from June 23 - July 7 is missing the necessary reports.

To get this corrected, please open a case with Seller Support and explain to them which types of files you are missing (XML, Flat File, or Flat File V2) and what settlement periods you need them to be available for.

Seller Central will add these reports on request. Please let us know (support@fetcher.com) when Amazon has provided the report, and we'll pull it into Fetcher immediately.
