What do I do if my re-shipping costs are missing?

While Fetcher automatically pulls your re-shipping data from Amazon, the system can only do it after each disbursement period from the XML Settlement Report. 

So, because you are missing historical re-shipping data, it's very likely that Amazon isn't providing all of the necessary reports we need in order to update your account.

But no problem! We can help you get that information added to your Fetcher account. We just need you to go through the following steps, which will then allow us to get that data populated in Fetcher. :)

First, we need you to check to see if any of your re-shipping reports are unavailable. To do that, please go through the following:

  • Go to your Seller Central account and click on Reports → Payments → All Statements
  • On the right side of the page, locate the periods that only have the buttons 'View Summary' and 'Request Report' available. The periods that have the 'Download Flat File', 'Download Flat File V2' and 'Download XML' options have already been exported into Fetcher

Next, to get those Download XML, Download Flat File V2 and Download Flat File reports, please click on the button that reads “request report” below “view summary” on the right-hand side of the page:

If, after requesting the reports, you don't see buttons for all three, please open a case with Seller Support and explain to them which types of files you are missing (Fetcher needs all three files: XML, Flat File, and Flat File V2) and for which settlement periods they are needed. 

That's the key part: please don't forget to tell them which period you need the files for! :)

Once those three reports are available, please email the reports to support@fetcher.com and we'll pull the data into Fetcher immediately.
